1. Fill up the form under the "ORDER FORM" tab.
2. Enter your details accurately.
3. Insert item number and name (i.e. SSA0001) in the "Items to Purchase" box - one item code per line.
4. Click "Submit Form".
5. Wait for us to confirm your order via email.
6. Upon receipt of confirmation email, proceed to make your payment as per the instructions given.
5. Once payment is received, you will receive a notification email and your item will be mailed out thereafter, within 48hours.
